Halloween! And other stuff!

Hi friends!

My fun fall continues! We had a great visit from Happy & Umpy in late October.  They were here for ALMOST 48 hours but then jetted off to see Mabel.  But don't worry, they were back in Atlanta in time for Trick or Treating with Landon.  When they came back, they hung out with me for about 6 days! And when they finally did have to go back to North Carolina, there were some tears when Mom explained they had to go home.  I'd become used to having a bigger audience in my living room.

We had a great Halloween at Poppy's house! This was the first time I really got to partake in this holiday with some semblance of a clue what was going on.  And I am still talking about Halloween today, still asking Mom what I should be and if Daddy can possibly be Spiderman.  So obviously, I am a fan of this holiday. Though I will admit, I did not want to commit to a costume.  Mom came home with 3 different costumes, based on things I  had previously been excited about it.  But when it came time to actually put all 3 on, I objected (in a nice, calm way.  You know, the way all 2 year olds object to things).  Luckily, I had a "Go Heels Dress" in my closet that we put on Halloween morning.  And when I got to school and saw this was all not just a ploy for my Mom to dress me in weird things, I started to understand. Sorry Mom!

Here are my pics of life lately!!!

Happy & Umpy Arrive.  With decals for the front door.  Dad probably has a mini heart attack about this.

At the Botanical Gardens!!!

Hi bunny!

Queen of lunch.

First shot at trick or treating at a shopping center by my house.  See, I didn't trust my Mom and wouldn't wear a costume.  But it was the first time people just started handing me candy for just standing in front of them.  A day I will never forget.

Pumpkin patch with Poppy & Rah Rah!

First night at the REAL table.

Decorating Dad with stickers the Harneys sent in the mail.  I had the best time!

"Trunk or Treating" at school on Halloween Eve.

Halloween is here!

I will take some from both your bowls lady, thank you very much.

Mask from Rah Rah!

When we get ice cream now, my only request is "pink ice cream please! With sprinkles!"

Preston and I on a date, chaperoned by our grandmothers.

Walking for my Dobby!

They have lots of snacks at Dobby's walk.

Dobby has lots of people who love her!

Meet my newest child, Bess. Bess came to breakfast with us, then got tired and had to be tucked in on the table.

A girl's gotta clean out her purse sometimes.

Oh heyyyyyyy Charley.  What are you doing on MY blog?? Oh well, you are cute and Mom apparently still lets you snuggle so I will let you post this picture.  Merry Christmas.

On our way to Poppy's for a sleepover! Charley had to come cause she can't stay home alone. Big baby.

Breakfast with my Poppy.  And Bitty across the table.

Mom tried to get crafty with some Christmas ribbon but this is where it ended up.  Oh well!

XOXOXO,
L.E.R.

Happy Fall Y'all!

I can say that now that it's actually started to get cool.  I was starting to bust out of my shorts and t shirts but my cheap parents don't want to buy more since it's not that time of year.  So finally, I am starting to get comfier in my clothes :) But lately it doesn't really matter cause the ONLY thing I want to wear is anything "Roll Tide" related.  And I like my Daddy to always be wearing his "Roll Tide" attire as well.  Doesn't matter if it's dirty and wrinkled at the bottom on the hamper.  I insist he dig out our shirts and we put them ON! If you know my Dad, this must mean he really loves me...

Here's what I have been up to lately!

Daddy set up a special breakfast for me - for no good reason at all!

This is pretty much all we wear...

Jumping with my friend Grail at the farm.   I wasn't too sure I loved this...

I did love this though.  We got to see lots of animals.  I had a Moo-Off with this baby cow.

Ugh, staged family pictures.  Mom insisted.

OMG. Where have corn dogs been all my life???!!!

One my boyfriends, Preston.  He came on the hayride with us.

Up on Daddy's shoulders for a better view of the pig race!

This was my fave part of the farm day, painting little pumpkins.  I gave mine to my Poppy.

Preston at lunch at the farm.  Guess he was bored, but this was not a way to woo me.

Picking flowers with Mom.

Cow Train! Grail was old enough to ride by herself this year.  I still insisted on Mom coming.  We BARELY fit in the car together.  I bet I'm on my own next year.

The bed I made on the floor for myself.  Heavenly spot for Sunday morning Curious George watching.

Headed to Poppy's! Cause you never know when you may need your purse at your grandparent's house?? (Oh, and that is my 2nd favorite Roll Tide shirt)

Nordstrom has a great coloring spot.  I would make something and then scream "LOOK MOMMY!" and hold it up.  Peaceful times for everyone that was shopping.

Being at the mall is exhausting.  I already know that Chick Fil A has great lemonade.

Dad and I both got new sunglasses on the same day!

Diva refusing to get in her car seat.

Me and Luca playing trains.

I think I will take this one...

And one of these...
