Hi!
I am so sorry, I know you all have missed me so much. I have been really busy lately, just being me. But I have a lot to catch you up on!
First, we decorated our house! I mean, Mom decorated it. Tallulah tried to eat the tree, I watched, and Dad hid upstairs watching football. He gets real nervous when there are open boxes of decorations and the normal stuff is being put away for the holidays. Mom had to reassure him things would be put back after Christmas. I am not sure he was ok with this, but its Christmas! Here is a picture of our tree. Tallulah sits there, looking innocent, but really she just bats ornaments off and then plays with them on the floor. Interesting idea of fun...
Second, I got to go the beach!! We drove for about 3 days it seemed, but then we arrived to find Grandma Holly and Grandpa Mabon and aunt Margot! There was also a small creature there that I could not quite figure out. Looked about Tallulah's size, yet people were calling it a dog. I tried to pretend I understood what was going on, but I had no clue who this little fur ball was. But nonetheless, he was fun to play with. He took my ball at one point and I had to lay on top of him to punish him. Grandma Holly didn't like that. But no one got hurt. But the worst of it was he got to sleep in Grandpa Mabon's bed! I waited ALL YEAR! Don't think I didn't get up there anyways though. But it wasn't the same...
Oh yeah. I have some other news too. Mom is having a baby.

Wait - what Tallulah? I did mention the baby. That's all I want to say about it. FINE FINE.
Ok - here goes. Mom is having a baby. She and Dad are all excited and they keep patting my head saying I am still the first baby but I just am not sure about any of this. I do like how they are around the house more, but I am just real nervous about what this means for ME. I AM THE BABY! I am the center of attention. I get to ride in the backseat of the car. They take ME over to Brad and Mrs. Roche's house. What if all this changes? I just don't know. But I do like more people around to love. I will see how I feel at the hospital.
What Tallulah? I am too going to the hospital! Mom said there is room for the whole family! Yes, she did mean me and you too. You'll see.
OH! MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL! MY CHRISTMAS LIST!!
Charley Ann Roche's Christmas List:
1) Mom gives birth to a golden retriever puppy.
2) A new Alabama collar. This one didn't seem to work so well this year...
3) A bed for downstairs. Since SOMEONE won't let me on the couch.
4) Some of Scout's toys. Why not.
5) A bed for me in the baby's room. Cause I will need to be in there obviously.
Well, i have to go find a warm spot to curl up now. It's cold out. (don't tell Tallulah but I am going to ask her to snuggle with me. Maybe she'll agree this time since its so cold.)
