So I met this girl...

And she's so cute and funny and looks a lot like me. We laugh at all the same stuff. She seems to copy me a lot though, which is kinda lame. But I don't have many friends so I can't really judge.

She always shows up in my bathroom right before bathtime. I stand on my counter and put my hands up and yell at her, sometimes we bump our heads together on the mirror. Other times she shows up in the mornings when Mom is putting on makeup and I am sitting with her. She does not go to my school, and I am not sure who keeps letting her into our house. But she seems pretty cool and always gets super excited to see me, so I guess that means we are friends.

Baby it's cold outside!

Hi everyone!

I am a summer baby, I am not a fan of wearing 6 layers, plus a stupid hat. Do you have any idea how uncomfortable it is to be strapped into a car seat with a huge coat on? Errr, maybe it's my huge belly, but the coat certainly doesn't make things any easier.

But I am having fun during my first holiday season! Thanksgiving was great - we spent the whole day at my grandparent's house and I showed off two outfits. Daddy says everyday is a fashion show and I agree. I tried sweet potatoes for the first time too. Obviously, it was the baby food kind, but Aunt Erin snuck me a bite of the real thing too!

I also turned SIX MONTHS OLD last week. Here are my stats, in case you want to know. And if you are still reading my blog, I bet that you do:

Height: 27 inches, 85%

Weight: 18 lb 10 oz, 85%

Head Circumference: Wait for it....45.5 cm. 100% (actually it was more than 100%, but there is no higher number, so...). They had to measure it twice, certain they had it wrong the first time.

So, thanks a lot Dad. At least it's a pretty head is all I can say!

Oh, Mom & Dad are trying to find babysitters for me. I scared the pants off Aunt Sarah so she's probably out, so we have to look outside the family. I have done pretty well with the 2 they have had over, but I just don't really see why we need them. Charley said she will take care of me just fine, though I think I may have seen a wink after she said that and heard a small growl. (Love that she thinks she can scare me!). Probably for the best though, my days of sleeping soundly in my carrier while they eat dinner in a restaurant are long gone.

Well, back to scootin' around the nursery here at school. Daddy calls me "Lieutenant Dan" from Forrest Gump, since he said I scoot around like a person with no legs. I'm working on it dude! Back off. Geez.

love you all -

L.E.R.
